My three nights stay went smoothly. The room was spacious and clean. I appreciated the free parking space provided, even though it was sometimes challenging to find a spot. The hotel location was great for exploring nearby attractions. I found the staff very attentive to our needs, which greatly contributed to our overall satisfaction.
I noticed that the gym equipment was somewhat limited. the breakfast coffee was not promptly replenished.

The breakfast buffet featured numerous options, yet I missed some local cuisine. The restaurant offered happy hour specials, a very welcomed treat after a day of excursions. The dining area was generally clean, with staff that worked to maintain tidiness.

Flora at the front desk assisted me to arrange transport. Another staff member promptly helped me resolve a minor issue with my room. All requests was handled professionally and efficiently by the team.

the breakfast was quite limited, and i noticed some items ran out quickly , like pastries. the staff seemed slow to replenish them , and the overall selection felt a bit basic for a hotel of this supposed standard. also , the gym was smaller than i anticipated , with only a few pieces of equipment. i found the lack of space disappointing , and it got crowded easily.

the gym facility felt limited. it had only one treadmill, a rower, and a cycling machine.
